Meditation used to be something considered rather kooky: a hippy-dippy practice for those without anything real to do.

Now, literally thousands of studies have shown the great number of benefits to meditation. Taking the time to tune into yourself mindfully, to connect to spirit, and to relax with awareness, is an amazingly powerful thing to do.

Magical Meditation

Magical meditation is one of the fastest and most effective ways to shift your mindset.

You can cultivate a sense of calm, and increase your ability to be joyously aware in the moment. Perhaps more importantly, you can sow the seeds for transformational change.

By shifting your mindset, you can avoid self-sabotage, and make aligning with wellness easy and joyful. Going from ‘I can’t’ to ‘I am’ is a liberating thing.

What is Magic?

Magic is about creating a shift in consciousness that allows you to improve your life on many levels. And meditation is an incredibly powerful way to shift your consciousness.

Using magical techniques such as special language, ritual, and the creation of sacred space, aid in keeping you focused. So there’s less of that ‘What do I have to do after my meditation/What do I need to put on my shopping list?’ kind of distraction many people suffer from when meditating.

These magical techniques also strengthen the mind-body-spirit connection while meditating. It is clearly not just about your mind, nor just about the sensations in your body. And bringing spirit into the equation deepens the focus and intensity, too.

In this way, using meditation as part of a magical, transformative practice, you boost the effectiveness of both.

The main point here is the intent behind the meditation: having a focus on improving some aspect of your life through creating a shift in your consciousness.

What does a magical meditation session involve?

I offer magical meditation sessions either in-person, or online via Skype or equivalent.

In that time, you can explain to me what it is you are trying to achieve. We can use cards (tarot, Lenormand or oracle cards) to clarify your situation and the best approach to take. Together, we will design the structure of your meditation.

Then, I guide you through a personalised meditation. This can be recorded so that you can use the same meditation again. You can also learn to practice this transformative style of meditation for yourself.

Being guided through a magical meditation designed specifically for you improves the efficacy of what you are doing. I pace the meditation to your natural bio-rhythms, and adjust it to your preferences and spiritual beliefs, making it more compelling to your subconscious mind or Younger Self.

On top of that, I make sure that you are bringing in all the elements needed to make your magical meditation as powerful as possible.

My experience with a large number of meditative and magical practices also means that you can try out different approaches, to find out what works best for you.
